Biography
D.E. Morgan grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois in the United States of America. As a child, he played with neighborhood kids, especially on the new video game consoles. He took a liking to fantasy and Japanese role-playing games, and revisited these things off and on through his life. He also became interested and found himself well-suited toward computers, especially toward his teenage years. He has lived in the same house his entire life. Like many working class youth, he found that while pretty bright, his life became too absorbed in the cycle of youthful directionlessness and self-destructive hedonism that characterizes the adolescence of many of his class, and made mistakes that would scar him for life.
He has an interest in computer programming, writing, experimental music, and ancient philosophy. He has few friends, and lives the life of a creative loner for the most part. He believes in the right to privacy, and cultivated knowledge of system administration and web programming, although he is not employed in this capacity. He has a strong terror of a possible afterlife and a fascination with the macabre, but believes he can transcend these fears through creativity.
It has been said that he suffers from mental illness, but at this point he is skeptical. He believes in the right of people to be who they are without discrimination or fear of harm (although their actions may be criticized), freedom of creativity, leans toward the farther end of the of the left-wing politically, and has an interest in science (but recognizes that life is probably more complex than can be understood by the human mind and doesn't always fit into neat categories).
He creates noise music, poetry, and chiptune music, and enjoys doing so.
